Quite the coincidence......Aug 2010

There are a lot of "standard" aquariums out there. Rectangles of various dimensions, cylinders or columns, bow fronts and corners aquariums are all what we typically install. This month however, we installed two new custom aquariums within a day of each other that were virtually identical. On both installations we worked with local carpenters to build a custom cabinet to house the aquarium. They were both rectangle 60 x 18 x 30 inch, salt water fish only aquariums with identical life support systems. One aquarium was installed in River East, Chicago while the other was located in west Naperville.

The folks who own the aquarium in Naperville had one request; that every fish in the aquarium be a cast member of "Finding Nemo", minus the sharks, sea turtles and seagulls.

The aquarium in Chicago simply has an array of different fish like Puffers, Angels, Butterflies and Lionfish.

Both aquariums turned out beautiful and their owners are thrilled with their new centerpieces.
